Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

 Prayer isn't always easy. Perhaps your school taught you that prayer should always be sombre with your legs crossed and hands together sat on a hard wooden floor. Prayer can be quiet as well and extremely loud, it can be personal as well as in partnership with other believers, it can focus on stating your intention or simply an honest conversation with your Heavenly Father.
